Update on the Angry Fat Ass

Ok all. It has been a long time since I have put anything up on the fatass journal. Finally, here it is. I don't have much to say because the Starbuck's where I get my internet connection is about to close and I will have to leave soon. Don't worry I didn't get all the things I would normally have gotten back before the Angry Fat Ass started the process of improving life like red velvet cake, rice crispy treats, hot chocolate etc. I simply bought a bottle of water. So an update on my progress. I have made many improvements and on the other hand I feel a bit like I am treading in water (which will help me lose a bit of weight anyway). So I have finally joined a gym and have been going at least 3 days weekly. I hope to be going about 5 to 7 days weekly by January but who knows how that will go. Wish me luck!!
